Pet stores are the #1 place puppy millers sell their dogs to. Why
because they don't want people to see how they are raised. And
probably would not make a sale. A puppy mill is not based on the
number of dogs but rather the quality of life for that animal.
Proper food, medical care and socialization.

BUY FROM A BREEDER WHO CARES!!! Both about
breeding quality and about care of the animals!
If you are looking for  a more "affordable" pet look
into older dogs they are usually spayed and current
of vaccinations. Also look into rescue their are
thousands of dogs waiting to go home.
To a puppy miller its all about the $$$. To someone who loves
the
Breed its about bettering them and finding LOVING homes!
